Our Story
A place to slow down.
Ember & Oak was born from a simple idea: Edmonton deserves a cafe where the coffee is exceptional, the food is made from scratch, and there's no rush to leave. We source our beans from small-batch roasters, bake our pastries in-house every morning, and build our menu around seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Whether you're here for a quick cortado on your way to work or a long Saturday brunch with friends — we're glad you're here.
